Marketing and Communications Manager
Salary: £36,000 – £39,340 per annum, pro-rata
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Surrey – contractual base is flexible, with the option of homeworking
Contract: Fixed-term Maternity Cover, 12 months

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to provide Maternity Cover. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Marketing and Communications Strategic Delivery Plan in accordance with Surrey Choices’ Core Values and Joint Strategic Plan which sets out a transformative vision for achieving fulfilling and inclusive lives of disabled people in Surrey.
You will lead the Marketing and Communications Team and provide expert advice and leadership to the Senior Leadership Team on all communications and engagement and marketing matters.
You will take the lead on internal and external communications to all key stakeholders, and be accountable for raising the profile of Surrey Choices through effective Marketing activities, as the arbiter of quality standards for the Surrey Choices brand.
You will bring a wealth of skills and enthusiasm to Surrey Choices and be qualified to degree level and have a professional qualification in internal communications or marketing or equivalent experience. You will have a demonstrable track record in a similar role and experience of leading a team within a marketing environment and in a values-driven business.
We will provide you with the opportunity to use your experience to develop and deliver internal and external marketing strategies, to evaluate and report on marketing activities and to use data to drive decisions and influence conversations. You will be self-motivated and results orientated with strong interpersonal skills.
