Our wonderful Care Assistants support the most vulnerable in society, helping people in our community live independently in their own homes for longer.

Right at Home is growing and we are now recruiting for a Senior Carer to support our Care Manager in Twickenham and Richmond. This role will complement your role as a CareGiver within our team.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Carer will include:

Line managing a team of carers, coaching and supporting them to deliver outstanding care for our clients
Maintaining regular contact with your team, conducting field supervisions and Building Brilliance reviews
Acting as the point of contact for a number of clients, ensuring that they and/or their family are happy with the care that they are receiving.
Being an advocate for Right at Home among the team, our clients and the wider community.

Our care assistants offer companionship, personal care, shopping, housekeeping and meal preparation for our clients on an hourly and live in basis.
