Here’s a lovely quote from the daughter of one of our clients:

“I have found all staff at Home Instead have been helpful, friendly, understanding and efficient. Mum has a team of lovely Care Professionals who she really looks forward to seeing. She tells me how kind everyone is, respectful of her wishes and also, of her home. It was reassuring to Mum to be able to meet the Care Professionals before they started visiting her.  Having regular visit times and a fortnightly schedule has helped establish the new routine.”
