Live-in Care Supervisor
Rate: £24,000 per annum plus Care Friends bonuses
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced caregiver or live-in caregiver who lives local to our offices in Farnborough and can support our live in caregivers and clients in Farnborough, Fleet and Farnham.
This is an excellent progression opportunity for a live-in caregiver who wants to step up into a supervisory role.
The role will offer a good mix of office-based work as well as caregiver support in the field. You will be required to provide live in care to clients in case of last-minute unavailability, although these are rare or likely to be short covers as our live in caregivers are reliable and dependable.
You will be a car driver but do not need to have your own car, you will have access to company car.

After a period of induction and training that will include meeting all our live in caregivers and clients you will have the following responsibilities:
· Introduce Live-In Cares to their new Clients
· Carry out weekly supervisions and welfare checks on live in caregivers
· Support care management team with any other field care duties that maybe required from time to time

We are looking for:
Well organised individual with a high attention to detail
Strong planning and prioritising skills
Comfortable ‘spinning multiple plates’ in a highly reactive environment
Calm, positive, enthusiastic, and dependable
Caring, patient, compassionate people
Live In care experience (essential)
Full UK driving licence required
Supervisory / Management experience is desirable
Good written and spoken communication skills including fluency in English
Good level of IT literacy
You must have the right to work in the UK
This role is subject to a DBS enhanced disclosure (paid for by Home Instead)
