About the role

Working as a halow ‘Supported Living Buddy’ primarily based within the Cranleigh area, you will provide highly person-centred 1:1 support to a Young Adult (aged 20-40) promoting life skills, independence, social skills, leisure opportunities and community access as well as in the Young Adult’s own supported living accommodation.

Full time roles are based on 37½ hours per week on a rolling shift pattern (daytime/evening/weekend) with 2 sleep-in shifts a week.
*Hourly rate for Buddies is £10.50 per hour. The sleep-in (overnight) shift is paid at £50 per shift.
